Fight for Free Speech for Our Citizen-Soldiers
Every dollar donated will be used to support SFC Morrill's suit against military leaders who violated his civil rights of free speech and religion, and excess amounts raised will be used to fund legal defense and advocacy for other citizen-soldiers and citizen-airmen who find themselves similarly persecuted.
The unapologetic goal of this litigation is to secure a court decision preventing reserve component military leaders from exceeding their statutory authority to punish subordinates for the expression of disfavored views or practicing disfavored religions.
